Jim Jagielski commented on WHIMSY-389:
--------------------------------------

Actually, hostnames are, and should be, case insensitive. In fact, to be
robust, Whimsy should be case insensitive when checking Email addresses, both
concerning the hostname as well as the actual name. It is not uncommon for
people to do stuff like [foo...@gmail.com|mailto:foo...@gmail.com] when typing
in their Email. Maintaining case sensitivity on email addresses goes against
years and years of common and accepted user expectation. This is a bug.

> When trying to unsubscribe from a list, either the email pulldown does not
> allow selection of any addresses or else on those rare occasions when you can
> select an address, it errors out with:
>
> h2. Invalid Input
> Both email and list to subscribe to are required!
