Looks like there are some characters in the file that are not valid UTF-8. AFAICT the problem started with r113340, see: https://lists.apache.org/thread/h6gc90tw2wqto0zp9vt69ft02g3y3g9r Search for 7:59; the next character does not display correctly so is probably the culprit.
