This would be difficult, as project committers are defined in LDAP, which does not have a date associated with individual changes. Also LDAP is not set up to record changes. You would need to ask Infra about that. Whereas PMC membership is recorded in committee-info.txt, which holds the date when the entry was added. Whimsy does log changes to LDAP groups, but only as emails to notifications@whimsy (private list). It would need to keep additional records somewhere. Note that recent changes to projects are generally sent to the private list, so you could search it to find when a specific committer was invited and when they were added. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
