There is still one pdf in the workbench that I don't plan to process. And there is at least one from last month that are in status "clarify intent" which could be found by clicking "download previous month".
Maybe it's worthwhile to review all of the PRs in the last month to see if any might have an effect on the pdf display. The symptom is that upon clicking the link that is supposed to open the pdf in the viewing window, the viewing window clears and shows nothing.
