Implements the execution of scripts when DestroyClusterAction is called.
I have implemented a test that makes sure the destroy scripts are executed but
it is based on DryRunModule so it can't go in yet.
The implementation is nearly a copy/paste of the ConfigureClusterAction but it
works.
Moving forward the common code could/should be extracted.
