Create a convention for naming clusters used for integration tests
-------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: WHIRR-426
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WHIRR-426
             Project: Whirr
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Andrei Savu
            Assignee: Andrei Savu
             Fix For: 0.7.0

I'm creating this issue because right now it's not possible for multiple users
to run integration tests at the same time under a shared cloud provider account
and it's not possible to run the same test against multiple cloud providers on
the same machine.

I suggest that we should name clusters used for integration testing like this:
whirr.cluster-name=ganglia-itest-${sys:whirr.test.provider}-${sys:user.name}

I know it's not perfect but it should work most of the time.
