All pre-release testing was done from my local machine with jdk6. I have
now tested on a remote virtual
machine running inside the Rackspace Cloud (Ubuntu 11.10 - jdk1.7.0_02):

* build the binary artefacts from the source tarball with
Maven 3.0.3 (empty maven local repository)
* "Whirr in 5 minutes"

Unfortunately I am not happy with the binary release. Is anyone else having
CLI logging issues?
It should be something easy to fix.

SLF4J: Failed to load class "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder".
SLF4J: Defaulting to no-operation (NOP) logger implementation
SLF4J: See http://www.slf4j.org/codes.html#StaticLoggerBinder for further
details.

Patrick do you think there are any other licensing issues?

Thanks,
