Error running whirr on cygwin

Hi,
When I try to run bin/whirr on Cygwin jars are not loaded properly into the
classpath. This works well on any linux ofcourse but not Cygwin.

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/whirr/cli/Main
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.whirr.cli.Main

        at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
        at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source)
        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)

        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)
Could not find the main class: org.apache.whirr.cli.Main.  Program will
exit.
Exception in thread "main"
