Hello,

as YUI is now with 2.4.1 more mature as it was some time ago when I had 
been at it a bit I took a look at it today.

I made some bigger changes (the last changes to it were months ago) like 
getting rid of the old 2.3.0, 2.2.X and 2.3.1 branches and finally fixed 
the HeaderContributor (somebody tried to upgrade to 2.4.1 but relied 
partly on 2.3.0 for whatever reason).

I also fixed the POM (sb. did put 2 wicket versons in it) and upgraded 
to wicket-1.3.1;

I also did some minor bugfixes to the yui-examples (only a link fix and 
a bit on yuiEditor that is still alpha).

As i wasnt on it for a longer time I wanted to ask first if its ok to 
submit this to CVS; Eelco, youre in code as mainperson listed - is it ok?

I also did a bit at my last work on it - yuiLoaderHeader and YuiEditor 
and now with 2.4.1 it works quite ok, however as they are still beta in 
YUI they still have some bugs like missing CSS on yuiEditor for the 
later loaded Image-Window, so I think it would not make sense yet to put 
it into production yet. This means we should stick with 
HeaderContributor.for and have a look at it in upcoming YUI 2.5 (maybe 
they can get it out of beta one day ;I ) - YuiEditor has dramatically 
improved and now works with supplied content without problems anymore 
(however, following the YUI Mailinglist he still has some quirks), so I 
will put up a real running yuiEditor within the next days (if I dont 
stumble over another dramatic bug again like the first time).
