It is strange... I can kill the jira installation, I can fix it, I can drop the database, I can control JIRA's life from start to finish but I can't administer JIRA.
For an upgrade to happen I need to export the current issues and import it into a new schema (according to the JIRA manual). So can someone with admin karma grant me admin karma for wicketstuff jira?
