Our project doesn't have a DOAP file yet, so I just committed one to our common/ workspace. I've only included the latest releases, but for historical stuff we probably should add older releases as well...
If you see any room for improvement, then please modify the file or send in a patch. I'll ask the projects.apache.org guys to include Wicket's DOAP file as well... Martijn
