I see that this page recommends './regenerate.sh'. Few months ago
Martijn added 'live-edit.sh' which idea is to save you some time in
restarting Jekyll. It doesn't work very stable for me - often I need
to touch the edited file several times until Jekyll actually
regenerate it but it is still faster than restarting Jekyll.
