Hi,

Do you like the idea of using QUnit for functional tests for our examples
(old and new ones) ?
It is much more fun to write the tests with jQuery/QUnit than with
WebDriver, the tests execution is much faster too, the tests can be run on
any browser and they can be integrated with CI servers if PhantomJS is
installed.

There is a proof of concept in my GitHub repo but if you like the idea and
want to help then we can move it to Apache Git repo and extend it.

Hi Wicketeers,

I've just published an article at
http://wicketinaction.com/2012/11/javascript-based-functional-testing/ that
describes a fun way to do functional testing of web applications.

I hope you'll find it useful!
