It looks great.  Some thoughts (with the caveat that Im not a designer):

1. Maybe reduce the size of the jumbotron or remove it all together - the
repetition of "Apache Wicket" seems redundant since its in the header
already. The 6 items that currently sit immediately below the jumbotron are
great - perhaps put them first so that on most screen sizes, they appear
front and center.
2. pick one Wicket logo (with color or without) and use it across the board
- the header has a white/blue one, while the jumbotron has an orange version
3. I prefer the blue color in the jumbotron background rather than the blue
in the header - that blue looks dull and lifeless to me.
4. I like the body layout in general
5. I still think a nav bar on the left or right that doesn't scroll out of
view is a helpful thing. I found myself scrolling around a lot, and Im not
a big fan of that.
