Atmosphere upgrade + AtmosphereResource can be found by its uuid in
ResourceRegistrationListeners
Atmosphere was upgraded to 1.0.13
ResourceRegistrationListeners should be notified only after Meteor is
suspended so it can be found by uuid (see
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/atmosphere-framework/ohzQ8cb_lis/MOV28BGdN_sJ)
