someone with interest in YUI might pick up the module on wicketstuff and
upgrade it, so +1 on relocating it.

Both Wicket JQuery UI and Wicket-Bootstrap provide date pickers based on
jQuery (the library wicket-ajax.js is based on).
Any reasons to keep the module in Wicket distro ?
