I think now both issues are solved (WICKET-6044 and WICKET-6077), so we should be ready for 'take 3' :)

The problem is in Border component.
The ticket explains a workaround (the swap of lines) and if this was the
only problem then I'd say "let's release".
But since we have also the issue with the AjaxFormChoiceUpdatingBehavior I
think we have to cancel again.
