We're ok to use the SNAPSHOT and going to report issues, if any. But we
do not find on oss.sonatype.org, will it be available there soon or do
we have to get from some other source?

If you are OK to use a -SNAPSHOT then use it! It contains some improvements
since Oct 20 2023!
This way you will test them and report if there are regressions!
