Hi, thank you for you kind offer and for the patience, but we finally have done with non-technical tasks! The draft version of our official release statement has been just sent for review to Apache Foundation and we are waiting for a feedback to go ahead with the release. It's always tricky to make a precise prediction about a release date, but we should finalize the release on March (plausibly in the next 2-3 weeks).
