`org.apache.wicket.markup.html.CrossOrigin` defines
```java
USE_CREDENTIALS("user-credentials"),
```
The value of the HTML `crossorigin` attribute is `use-credentials`
(https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/urls-and-fetching.html#cors-settings-attributes).
Browsers treat the unknown value `user-credentials` as `anonymous`, so a
script, stylesheet or media element that asks for `CrossOrigin.USE_CREDENTIALS`
is fetched without credentials. The same value is on master and wicket-10.x.
Proposed fix: change the value to `use-credentials` and add a test for the
rendered attribute.
