I want to change the way wicketstuff core gets the dependency upgrades. master tracks now wicket-10.x, but should actually track wicket-11.x (wicket's master) and be renamed to wicket-10.x. This would make it possible to change wicket-10.x to only receive minor version bumps in its dependencies, and will prevent dependabot to suggest e.g. "jakarta ee 10" -> "jakarta ee 11" on that branch.
