Hi, I'd like to contribute to this issue. I'll investigate how the COOP and COEP listeners resolve the request path, update the exemption matching logic, and add regression tests with the policies enabled to verify that exempted pages do not receive the corresponding headers. I'll also check whether the `addExemptedPath` documentation needs clarification. Would it be okay for me to work on this issue?
