wicketstuff build fails with latest master:

WicketRuntime The component ID '/TestServlet' may only contain
letters, digits, '_', '-' and '.' chars (see
MarkupSettings#setPropertyExpressionIdsAllowed for '(', ')', '[' and
']').
I guess we can:
1) fix wicket master to allow '/'
2) fix failing wicketstuff module
3) drop wicketstuff module
