Though there is nothing "wrong" with how the project files are organised at the moment, I think it would be easier for newcomers if we used the Maven standard directory layout conventions [1]. This will also make it easier to migrate to using Maven for building the project later on if we choose to go down that route.
So src src-test WebContent ... becomes src/main/java src/test/java src/main/webapp (same for the Java Connector, DigSig-Client and Parser sub-projects) I've tested this locally using "svn mv" and can get Wookie to build and deploy using the new directory layout; unless there are any objections I'll commit the changes on Friday.
