Good point. The dev list receives automated mails from SVN, Hudson and
JIRA. All three are very easy to filter.

Therefore:

0 for creating a commits list (i.e. I'm not opposed to it, but I'm not
a strong supported of this solution).
-1 for creating more than one additional list.
