This JIRA is a placeholder to re-enable testing (more specifically processing)
of a SAML Assertion that contains an EncryptedKey in the Subject. The tests to
create such assertions are in place, however the processing is commented out
due to a bug in Opensaml 2.4.1:

Once Opensaml 2.4.2 is released, we can re-enable these tests and close this
item.
