This task is to take advantage of the new Validator interface to add support
for validating BinarySecurityTokens. The BinarySecurityTokenProcessor will have
a NoOpValidator installed by default, meaning that no validation takes place.
The user can override this in WSSConfig, if he/she wants to validate Kerberos
Tokens for example.
