At https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachews-052/, you will find a staging repository for a very dull release. This is the build support modules for XmlSchema. Due to a maven restriction, this has to be released first before XML Schema itself can be released.
I think that releasing into Maven is more than sufficient for this bit of overhead. Please vote -1, 0, or 1 for releasing this. The vote will be open for 72 hours.
