Hello Amila which version org.apache.maven.surefire are you implementing? i have had solid performance with 2.4.2 but experienced problems with forked implementations with 2.5 and 2.6 implementations (CLASSPATH>256 chars) http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-surefire-plugin/examples/class-loading.html
