There is no tutorial for 2.0. XMLSchema is minimally maintained to serve a few
other Apache projects that use it. We did 2.0 to solve some big issues in the
1.4.x stream that were too hard to fix compatibly. Unless some other volunteers
turn up with an interest, this situation will obtain indefinitely.
