Fix For: 1.6.2
WSSecSignatureSAML doesn't currently support SKI_KEY_IDENTIFIER or
THUMBPRINT_IDENTIFIER.
The supported X509_KEY_IDENTIFIER is not BSP compliant and the toolkit rejects
it.
The attached patch has the simple fix.
