CDATA not parsed correctly in axis2 webservice

I have created a sample webservice using axis2. When I hit the service , i have
set up a response like
value.addChild(fac.createOMText(value, "Hello <![CDATA[Hi ]]>,
"+personToGreet));
But the response I'm getting is
<example1:greeting>Hello <![CDATA[Hi Shu]]>,></example1:greeting>
Here the CDATA IS not parsed correctly . Please give me a solution for this
probem .
