Namespace declarations for extensor attributes are lost
-------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: XMLSCHEMA-23
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XMLSCHEMA-23
             Project: XmlSchema
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: XmlSchema 2.0.1
            Reporter: Daniel Kulp

If you have a schema type like:

{code}
                       <xsd:complexType name="File">
                                <xsd:sequence>
                                        <xsd:element
xmlns:xmime="http://www.w3.org/2005/05/xmlmime";
                                                name="content"
xmime:expectedContentTypes="application/octet-stream"
                                                type="xsd:base64Binary" />
                                </xsd:sequence>
                        </xsd:complexType>
{code}

when you parse and then recreate the Document, the resulting DOM tree has the
xmime:expectedContentTypes attribute defined in it, but no namespace
declaration for the xmime prefix.
