The ConditionsBean currently supports AudienceURI and 'notBefore' and
'notAfter'. SAML2 allows for additional conditions such as Delegate,
OneTimeUse and ProxyRestriction. The ConditionsBean can be updated to allow
these additional conditions and the SAML2ComponentBuilder can be updated to
create this condition statement in the createConditions method.
