This task is to move SAML Signature Profile Validation to the
SamlAssertionValidator. Currently this is done in AssertionWrapper when
verifying a signature, meaning that there is no way of avoiding it. Moving the
functionality to the SamlAssertionValidator allows a user to override the
functionality, for the use-case of supporting a SAML Signature that doesn't
conform to the profile.
