FYI, I filed the following request to Atlassian to update their public
Fisheye instance with the new locations of the former WS-Commons
subprojects. They have implemented that change. This means that in the ASF
JIRA you should now again be able to see changesets.

AM   *Description:*

Some time ago, the Apache Web services project decided to dismantle the
WS-Commons project and to make the subprojects of WS-Commons direct
subprojects of the WS project. As a consequence, the SVN locations of these
projects changed. However, fisheye6.atlassian.com still has a repository
definition (https://fisheye6.atlassian.com/browse/wscommons) pointing to
the WS-Commons project. Can this be removed and replaced by 4 new
repositories as follows:

axiom -> https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/axiom/
neethi -> https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/neethi/
tcpmon -> https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/tcpmon/
xmlschema -> https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/xmlschema/

Thanks in advance.
