[XMLSCHEMA-30] This commit fixes the XMLSCHEMA-30 bug.
equals/hashCode methods pairs have been added in following classes:
- XmlSchemaNamedImpl
- XmlSchemaNamedWithFormImpl
- XmlSchemaType
- XmlSchemaElement
- XmlSchemaGroup
NamedItemsEqualityTest unit-test has been created.
