Just a couple comments for my notes from review: this requires a JAXB api
jar. With java6+, that's available from the JRE. For java 5 (which
xmlschema still supports), we need to add a dep to the pom.
This doesn't depend on XMLSchema-35. Those lines in the tests can be removed
and all the tests still pass.
