In SchemaBuilder, when an "unknown" attribute contains a ":", it tries to
create an xmlns attribute for the prefix so the qname can be parsed later.
However, it does so via:
{code:java}
Attr nsAttr = attrEl.getOwnerDocument().createAttribute("xmlns:" + prefix);
nsAttr.setValue(namespace);
attrs.add(nsAttr);
{code}
which doesn't set the namespace to the xmlns namespace. This causes problems
when serializing later.
