Summary: MerlinDevice uses incorrect property names

MerlinDevice tries to look up property names without "merlin" prefix
("{{org.apache.wss4j.crypto.merlin.}}" or
"{{org.apache.ws.security.crypto.merlin.}}"). It looks like {{MerlinDevice}}
wasn't updated when {{Merlin}} was patched to make it possible to work with WSS
1.6 property names.
