There is a broken link to XmlSchema2.x on the main WS web-page
The body has a link: Apache XmlSchema which points to
http://ws.apache.org/commons/xmlschema20/
However that does not exist.
The links in the LHS menu are OK:
XmlSchema 1.4: http://ws.apache.org/commons/xmlschema14/
XmlSchema 2.x: http://ws.apache.org/xmlschema/
If both are currently active, then they should probably both be listed in the
body, with the same names as in the menu.
If 1.4 is no longer active, then its link should probably be removed from the
menu
