There currently does not appear to be any API to define the for Format
attribute of the SAML2 Issuer element. The Subject bean is similar, but it
defines a method for setting the subject name ID Format, I'm looking for
something similar.
For background, we are working on building a client that conforms to the NHIN
Authorization Framework specification
(http://sequoiaproject.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/nhin-authorization-framework-production-specification-v3.0.pdf).
If you look at section 3.2.3.2 of this document you'll see the format set on
the issuer element. Would it be possible to add an API to set this value? Is
there a reason it isn't really possible to set now?
