The writePart() method of the
org.apache.axiom.mime.impl.javamail.MultipartWriterImpl class sets the
Content-Transfer-Encoding header twice to the same value .
Some servers do not accept a duplicate header with same value.Hence raising
this issue.
Please respond if this is intentional.
