Thanks for submitting a patch. Note though that the patch appears to be
incomplete. It doesn't contain the change to the POM file to upgrade to 0.42.
Also, there is another module (axiom-truth) that needs code changes. You may
want to prepare a pull request for
https://github.com/apache/webservices-axiom/commits/trunk and have it
automatically validated by Travis.
