When running with IBM Semeru Java, we get a ClassNotFoundException because
com.ibm.security.jgss.InquireType doesn't exist.
This is a class that's present in the IBM JGSS classes in IBM Java up to
version 8, but is not present in the OpenJDK based Semeru Java.
Since WSS4J doesn't support Java 8 anymore it's probably best to simply remove
the IBM special handling rather than improve the detection.
