The build only includes `**/*Test.java`, so the nine tests in `ws-security-policy-stax`'s `DerivedKeyTests` have never run. Its 35 sibling classes all end in `Test`. This renames the class to `DerivedKeyTest`. All nine tests pass, and the module's test count goes from 189 to 198.
