When considering the packaging the artifacts related to a solution, this is
correct but in this case, this project does not contains other artifact
projects.

With the new architecture, it is possible to use even a general eclipse
project as the container project for the solution.

So we need to consider whether we should provide a pom for that general
project and make it the normal maven centric solution or to make the
suggested change and making the user experience common for IDE based
exports and maven builds.
