Are we going to support wrapper in future releases? If so, wrapper lib
for 64 bit windows is missing...

The Wrapper may appear to work correctly but some features may
not function correctly. This configuration has not been tested
and is not supported.

wrapper.dll
could be located on the following java.library.path:
D:\WSO2_P~1\WSO2ES~1.3\WSO2ES~1.3\samples\axis2Server\..\..\bin\native
Please see the documentation for the wrapper.java.library.path
configuration property.
System signals will not be handled correctly.
