I'd appreciate it if somebody working on Windows can try out the following Emma integration patch. The Ruby script has been removed and now we patch the jars to include the com.vladium.* DynamicImport-Package using Java. The Java code that does this is not as elegant as the Ruby code :D
I want to make sure that there are no file locking issues on Windows before committing so can somebody please apply this patch and see whether all tests pass? You will see a stacktrace, but that can be ignored for the moment. I'm also waiting for the dropins functionality fix by Sameera since emma.jar is deployed into CARBON_HOME/repository/components/lib.
