Hi Senaka, I don't think my scenario is not same as your one because this is a completely new feature introduced to Axis2ServiceRegistry to deploy bundles as Axis2 JAX-WS services, at the moment Axis2ServiceRegistry can only handle native Axis2 services. If your scenario worked with Carbon 3.2.0 then it should relate to some other top level component.
